DESCRIPTION:In Year 4 we are studying Sorolla within our Art lessons. We have used the chrome books to research this Spanish artist and have also been on a school trip to the Sorolla Museum. The Museum features work by the artist Joaquín Sorolla\, as well as members of his family such as his daughter Elena. The children enjoyed walking around the rooms which were furnished as they were during the artist’s life\, where the walls are filled with his canvases. Eventually the children will produce their own Sorolla artwork which will be displayed within the school. \n       \n
