This term Year 9 had a lot of fun working on the theme Machines and Tools in Art. They have created large scale, mixed media drawings in the style of the artist Jim Dine. They have also looked at artists Fernand Leger, Hannah Hoch, Michael Landy and Jean Tinguely for inspiration. Following this, they will be building their own machine sculptures using found objects.
