This term we have been learning all about the Great Fire of London in September 1666. The children have really been enjoying the topic and this week we used our design and technology skills to recreate pudding lane before the fire broke out! This activity helped us to understand how the fire spread too quickly due to the buildings being so close together and the materials they were made from at that time. We had a lot of fun getting creative and using our knowledge of London in 1666 to recreate the infamous street!
