This half term Reception have been learning all about Superheroes. We have been reading the story ‘Supertato’. Supertato is the main character of the book that Reception have been reading. Supertato is the hero of the story who helps to save all the vegetables from the villain, the Evil Pea.
The children had a shock and surprise when they entered their classroom one morning and the vegetables had been drawn on, taped down and wrapped up. Reception were determined to find out who the culprit was! As a class they decided it must be the Evil Pea.
To make sure that the Evil Pea didn’t strike again the children decided to create posters to warn all the other teachers and children at Holy Mary.
