Year 8 visited the Gredos Field Centre in the picturesque Sierra de Gredos in the first few days of October. Here we had plenty of fun and bonding time, playing team games, archery, meeting local farmers and villagers. As well as learning plenty about the stunning landscape, geographical features and beautiful endemic subspecies of the regional park (this means plants and animals that only exist there in the park, nowhere else on earth!).
We stayed in dormitories and ate the fantastic food at the centre, with plenty of time for enjoying the surroundings!
