The first story in our traditional tales topic this month was the “Three Little Pigs”. Nursery 2 loved learning all about the Big Bad Wolf and the different materials used to build the houses in the story. We made pig masks, built our own dream houses and role-played as the Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf. We loved acting out the story and quoting the main phases such as “I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow this house down!” and “Not by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin!”
