In Nursery 2 the children have been learning all about Autumn. We talked about the different seasons and how the weather changes. We also discussed the changes we can see during this special season such as how the leaves fall from the trees when the weather gets colder. We then read a book about harvest and the different fruits and vegetables we can find during this season.
The teachers brought a pumpkin to school. The children used their amazing vocabulary skills to describe the pumpkin’s shape, size and colour. After the children used different materials to explore inside the pumpkin!
