Year 4A were given the task of being mini Maths teachers for their homework last week. The children were tasked with explaining how to multiply 3-digit numbers by a 1-digit number in a creative way. For example, they could choose to make a video, write a set of instructions, or explain to the class using the board in the classroom.
The results were fantastic! Some of the children used brothers or sisters as students in their class, and some children even used mini-whiteboards at home or experimented with Google Apps such as Loom to present their work.
