During Maths, we looked at number lines and what they consist of. We made our own number lines and then used them to jump up the number line (adding) and down the number line (subtracting) as we practised the concept of more and less. This is the beginning of addition and subtraction which is a skill we will be learning about very soon. Our number lines consisted of the numbers between 0-10 and helped us with our number recognition skills. It is also a physical representation of how numbers get bigger and smaller.
