At Holy Mary, we place a lot of importance on presentation skills to prepare our children for the future. We hold a Public Speaking Competition every year for all children from Year 1 to Year 6 to help develop their ability to stand up in front of an audience and present their work.
This year, the children were given the task to create a presentation based on «Why is it important to celebrate small pleasures in life?». The children were all very brave to stand up in front of their classmates and deliver their presentations. However, only one child from each class was chosen to move to the final, where they presented in front of all children from Year 1 to Year 6!
