To celebrate the end of our food topic, Reception went on a trip to the Kitchen Academy.
The children learned about different food groups and the benefits those food groups offer to us. The children listened attentively and worked together to make apple and cinnamon muffins and also tuna empanadas – yummy!
Reception had a great time and they each took a muffin home to share with their family.
