As you may know, all external exams were inevitably cancelled as a precaution because of the COVID19 pandemic.
In response the school has organised a successful and tightly supervised internal virtual exam session for years 11-13. Whilst this was not the end to the year that anybody envisaged, the school took the opportunity to learn from the experience. What could have ended in disaster has in fact been incredibly positive. It has been amazing how the school community responded to becoming a virtual learning centre in a question of hours! Much credit must be given to teachers and students alike!
Our Year 13’s have made successful applications to many universities in the UK and Spain. The exam boards will award results as usual and are working closely with schools and universities to ensure that students will not be inconvenienced.
