On Wednesday 25th May, Year 5 visited the Railway Museum in Madrid. We were given a guided tour of the trains and got to see how the insides of trains used to look. We were amazed by the decor and how splendid they were! As well as a tour, the children spent time making their very own train! We followed the instructions to make a model of one of the trains we had seen and decorated it so that it looked authentic. It was a very interesting trip and we learned a lot about how trains have developed and become more modernised and faster over the years.
